REFUNDS:

Due to the CUSTOM nature of our product offerings ALL SALES ARE FINAL… If you place an order by mistake or make a submission error, we will issue a FULL REFUND within the first 60 minutes of placing your order.

CREDITS:

Any cancelation request resulting after 60 minutes of placing your order will result in a TPF CREDIT, valued at the cost of the order LESS that which has already been produced or currently exists in production.
